Empowering Resolution, Fostering Harmony.

With a proven track record of over 13 years, I offer comprehensive mediation services tailored to your specific needs.

I’ve successfully mediated a diverse range of conflicts, including property and financial disputes, interpersonal and workplace disagreements and have also facilitated yarning and healing circles combining both Aboriginal culture and mediation principles for deeper understanding and resolution.

My commitment is to provide a safe and respectful space for all parties to find a mutually agreeable outcome.

About

Walawaani (hello) my name is Jason and I am a Cullunghutti/Jerrinja man from the Yuin Nation on the South Coast of NSW.

As a former police officer and senior leader in both public and private sectors, I have a deep understanding of human behaviour, communication and the importance of active listening.

I have honed my ability to remain calm under pressure, fostering an environment conducive to open and honest communication.

As an accredited mediator (National Mediator Accreditation Scheme) I was a mediator with the NSW Department of Justice, Community Justice Centre, helping clients resolve matters ranging from workplace disputes, neighbour disputes, property and financial disputes.

My approach to mediation and negotiation is rooted in empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to find common ground. I believe in the power of collaboration and strive to create a safe space where parties can express their concerns, needs and interests without fear of judgement or reprisal.

I also offer group mediation and healing sessions. These are great for team building and or giving voice to a group of people who are in conflict and ready to resolve differences.

Please note I do not offer family dispute resolution services referred by the Family Court of Australia

Services

Pre Mediation Service

Pre mediation is an opportunity for me to connect with parties to explain the mediation process and listen to their concerns, what they aim to achieve from mediation and future direction.

Yarning to all parties helps me determine if mediation is suitable based on individual needs and willingness to be open to the mediation process.

Duration - 30 to 60 mins per client
